Blue Gecko guarantees the availability of our network 100% for
every hosted customer. Period. If you experience
an outage due to a failure of our network, you will automatically
receive a credit of 5% of your monthly invoice for that day,
up to 100% of your monthly bill.
For Small Business Server, and qualifying
hosting options, Blue Gecko will guarantee 100% uptime for
your entire network infrastructure including dedicated firewalls,
routers, and switches. If you experience an outage due
to a failure of any component of our network infrastructure, you
will automatically receive a credit of 5% of your monthly invoice
for that day, up to 100% of your monthly bill.
